This sandal did not come with the backstrap as pictured. I am aware that some other Reef sandals state that the backstrap comes in only toddler sizes, however this product description stated that this came with a backstrap. Since I need to keep the sandals, I can't return them. Since Amazon was the seller, I would like them to fix this.

Like the other reviewers, I was disappointed to see that either Amazon or Reef has failed to fix the photo/description error with these sandals. The photos and the description clearly indicate that the reef dreams flip flop will have a backstrap so I took a chance that maybe Amazon has fixed their mistake. Nope. The sandals arrived today and they are basically just flip flops. For the price I won't go through the aggrevation of sending them back but Amazon and Reef should know they burned a lot of goodwill with me and I'll be questioning every description I read b/c I'll wonder "hmmm, is this one really true?".

I bought these sandals for my 4 year old daughter to wear (I bought little kids size 11-12.) It states clearly in the description and shown in the picture that the sandals have a backstrap on them. They arrived and much to my disappointment, no backstrap. I specifically picked these because of the backstrap so they will stay on her feet. I kept them anyway, hoping that she was big enough now to keep them on well enough without the backstrap, but no such luck. Now they are too dirty for me to return, so I will be keeping them in hopes that later this summer she can keep them on her feet.
