This shoe is perfect for my little one learning to walk. The sole is soft, pliable, but still has enough traction that she is not slipping around. The sole is not waterproof, so these are really first walker shoes. If your little one is doing mainly crawling, you will likely notice scuffs over the toe area very quickly. There are no red marks on her ankles. She can wear these with or without socks. She is an average sized baby and these should fit her well past 12 months old. Run slightly large, but in a good way!

so cute love these shoes... the pink is a little off but that is ok I just don't have my daughter in them when she is wearing a lot of other pink and these are more an accent color to her outfit and I love them.

This is my first time buying a shoe from this brand. My daughter has narrow feet and so this shoe is a bit wide for her. I'm hoping a nice thick sock will help it fit better. Very cute shoe, I love the style and color.
